Pilots of all ages have been training at the Bartow Airport since WWII. However, a fairly new scholarship program that is known as the James C. Ray fund marked it’s 100th teenager completing their private pilot’s license. This young man is Blaise Kessler who Jeff Saly, a Bartow Flying Service flight instructor, had the honor to teach.
